Payment
The self-pay fee for a one-hour counseling session is $150.00 and can be paid with cash, check, or credit card (including HSA cards.)
Veritas accepts the following insurances:
BlueCross BlueShield (BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina; BlueChoice Health Plan; Planned Administrators; Federal Employees Program; State Health Plan; Blue Options; and Blue Essentials)
Insurance co-payments are variable and are subject to the individual insurance carrier. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any deductible, co-payment, or co-insurance amounts at the time of service.
If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, upon request, I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
